Laughing with Literacy (Grades K-3) • Register • View Cart •

Come laugh with us! Get ready to giggle and create in this fun-filled class centered around comical, seasonally themed books! Each session will begin with a story that sparks laughter and creativity. After we will dive into playful language activities from re-writing the ending, swapping out a main character, crafting silly jokes or rhymes, singing themed songs, to making story-inspired crafts. In addition, we will explore fun idiomatic expressions tied to the story’s theme. This class will focus on developing language and creative expression, not the skill of reading, allowing everyone to join in the fun! (7 weeks)
