SUMMER SPORTS ADVENTURE CAMP

Get ready for an action-packed summer of sports, games, and nonstop fun! Summer Sports Adventure Camp is perfect for all kids who love to stay active, compete, and try something new every day. Campers will rotate through sports themed weeks featuring favorites like wiffleball, dodgeball, flag football, soccer, baseball, basketball, and classic gym games such as jailbreak and dodgeball. Each week culminates with staff awarding a Camper of the Week award given out to the week-MVP: A camper that shows great effort, a willingness to learn, have fun, be a great teammate and displays sportsmanship.
NEW THIS SUMMER! For the same price as last year’s program we are now offering a weekly Thursday field trip to every session! Each week campers will head off-site by bus to exciting, kid-friendly local attractions, giving them something extra to look forward to and making every week even more memorable.
Camp activities take place in the McCall Middle School gym, outdoor fields, and courts, offering a great mix of indoor and outdoor play. Register for one week or all with each week brings a fresh theme and new experiences!

Requirements:
A signed physical (within the last 18 months) and immunization record must be submitted prior to attendance.
This camp complies with all Massachusetts Department of Public Health regulations and is licensed by the Winchester Health Department.
Participants enrolled in Summer Sports Adventure Camp (and other REC programs at McCall) can choose Summer WRAP Extended Day - Late Pick Up (3-6pm)! Winchester Recreation staff will walk participants to the Summer WRAP Extended Day program at the Recreation Department after their program ends.
SUMMER WRAP EXTENDED DAY OPTIONS - Late Pick Up
Children entering Grades 1-6, join your friends and our Summer WRAP counselors for Early Morning Drop Off (8am) or Late Pick Up (6pm) filled with a variety of engaging activities including arts and crafts, outdoor play, sports and games, and special projects—something for everyone to enjoy each day!
The WRAP Extended Day program will be managed by our WRAP director Carol McCollem, and led by our WRAP Assistant Director, Lisa Paganis, along with experienced staff from WRAP and Summer Sports Adventure.

Summer WRAP is licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care. Additional registration paperwork is required for those who register for this program. Paperwork is available for download at www.winrec.com and must be submitted prior to the program.
