Cross country is a great sport to develop overall athleticism! The focus will be on proper form and running techniques, along with building aerobic endurance. This program is open to all abilities. (6 Weeks)
What to wear/bring: running shoes, running shorts and shirt, a water bottle.
Optional meets:
Sunday, October 5, 9 am (Greater Boston Track Club Invitational at Great Brook Farm, Carlisle)
Sunday, October 26th 9 am (Mayor’s Cup in historic Franklin Park, Boston)
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sept 16 - Oct 28 (off 10/23)
Optional Friday Practices (4) 9/26-10/17, $50 fee
Time: 3:30-4:30pm
