        Increase strength, balance and flexibility with mindful movements. Simple and effective breathing and meditation techniques will calm the mind and sooth the nervous system. These welcoming classes are designed to guide beginners as well as experienced yogis looking to return to the heart of their practice. Bring a yoga mat and any props that support your practice.
