For the past 32 years, Elite Freestyle Karate has helped thousands of children improve their confidence, focus, self-discipline, respect, and leadership in the Reading, Winchester, Lexington, Bedford and Arlington communities. We begin by teaching students valuable life skills in a positive family environment. Students will develop an overall winning attitude committed to goal-setting and success. This introductory program will include; discipline and respect development, basic Stances, blocks , hand strikes, kicks, introductory to self-defense lessons, anti-bully and confidence building lessons.
