Join Debbie Laflamme, a licensed childcare provider and retired teacher with over 35 years of experience, for an engaging and informative course on the essentials of babysitting. Having taught this course to the Girl Scouts of America and over 25 recreation departments across New England, Debbie is passionate about equipping the next generation of caregivers with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

  • Caring for infants, toddlers, and elementary-aged children
  • Creative crafting and storytime ideas
  • Snack time suggestions and meal planning
  • Emergency preparedness, including who to contact in various situations
  • First aid basics and how to handle emergencies
