HALLOWEEN WINDOW PAINTING 
Spooky frights, gruesome witches, glowing jack-o-lanterns, and scary ghosts come alive as Winchester residents paint Halloween pictures in this wonderful community event.  This special event permits the participants to decorate the outside of designated windows of local businesses in downtown Winchester using specialized paint.   All windows must have a “Halloween Theme.” This event is sponsored by Winchester Recreation & Community Education Department.
Eligibility: All residents who attend any school in Winchester or reside in Winchester are eligible for this event.  Window assignments/locations with instructions will be emailed one week prior to event.   Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  Space is guaranteed to the first 200 entries.  Other entries will be accepted based on available windows. 
 
Date: Saturday, October 21st (Rain Date Sunday 10/22)
Time: 9:00AM - 1:00PM
Fee: $35.00 per window Max 100 Participant
