This Kenpo Karate program is for children in grades K-5, with or without martial arts experience. Lessons focus on bully awareness, confidence building, goal-setting and most important of all respect, for self and others. This class works on age & rank appropriate strikes, kicks, blocks, self-defense techniques and forms. Martial arts training will help develop greater social skills and nurture their mental and emotional growth. We emphasize the 5 Principles of Kenpo: Effort, Etiquette, Character, Sincerity and Self-Control. 12 weeks
