2021-2022 Winchester Recreation After School Registration Fee
The Winchester Recreation Department offers 2 EEC licensed after school child care programs for children entering K – Gr. 5. Our WRAP program, centrally located in the Recreation Department Mystic Building at 263 Main Street is available to all elementary aged
children.
WRAP Program Information: The WRAP (Winchester Rec. Afterschool Program) program takes place on the second floor and surrounding grounds of the Mystic School Building. Groups are led by certified group leaders in separate classrooms organized by grade level. The program is equipped with a multi-purpose gym/auditorium space, a kitchen, social recreation game area, field space, an outdoor playground and basketball court. Additional enrichment opportunities are available seasonally for registration such as STEM activities, chess instruction, karate, fencing, gymnastics, dance and cooking. Periodic special events and field trips are offered on early release days.
Lynch and WRAP Programs are licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care and follow the Winchester Public School Calendar. Care is provided on all early release days, as those costs are built into the monthly fees. When schools are closed for vacations, holidays, professional development days or snow days, the programs are generally closed, however there are times where WRAP may offer additional registration option, subject to additional fees.(Vacation Programs, No School Days/Teacher Professional Dev. Days, etc.)
Registration Information: Parents can currently enroll by calling 781-721-7125 and paying the $50 registration fee. Once enrolled, parents must complete the registration packet and submit the packet to the Recreation Department prior to your child attending the program.
Tuition is paid a month in advance on the 1st of each month through automatic credit card payment only.
Registration Options: 5 Day Option or 3 Day Option (You select days)
Parents may choose a three-day or five-day options. Pricing for these options are listed in the pricing section on the right.
Transportation is available through Winchester Public Schools.

3 Day Option $375/month
Select 3 days during the week, each day is subject to availability (call for questions)
Withdrawal Policy: A one month advance notice is required for withdrawals. Notice must be given in writing before the first of the month of your child’s last month attending.
